LIMITED WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY

J3 Concrete LLC

Foundations

For foundations poured by J3 Concrete LLC that are designed by a licensed structural engineer, responsibility for the structural integrity of the foundation rests with the structural engineer and the builder or homeowner.
It is the responsibility of the engineer to inspect and approve all reinforcement, formwork, and details prior to concrete placement and to approve the completed foundation after concrete placement.

Once concrete has been poured and accepted, J3 Concrete LLC is not responsible for structural performance, movement, cracking, or failure of engineered foundations.

For foundations not supported by engineered structural drawings, the structural integrity and performance of the foundation is the responsibility of the builder, homeowner, or remodeler.

Flatwork & Hardscape

J3 Concrete LLC provides a 90-day workmanship warranty on non-structural concrete work, including but not limited to:

  • Sidewalks

  • Patios

  • Driveway extensions

  • Small concrete stairs

  • Footings

  • Concrete landings

  • Decorative or hardscape concrete

This warranty covers defects directly related to workmanship only.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Cracking due to soil movement, settling, expansion, or weather conditions

  • Normal shrinkage cracking

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, impact, or third parties

  • Acts of nature or conditions beyond our control
